MySmartSlots is a DBA of Clair Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in the state of Kansas. We provide AI-powered appointment booking and communication tools for small businesses. References to "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to Clair Group LLC.

2. Information We Collect
When you or your customers interact with MySmartSlots tools — including our AI chat widget — we may collect the following:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Appointment details (service type, preferred date and time)
- Chat conversation content (messages typed into our chat widget)
- Basic usage data (pages visited, time of interaction)
We do not collect payment information, social security numbers, or government-issued ID data.
3. How We Use Your Information
Information collected is used solely to:
- Facilitate appointment bookings on behalf of our business clients
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders via SMS or email
- Respond to inquiries submitted through the chat widget
- Improve the performance and accuracy of our services
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. SMS Communications & Consent
When you provide your phone number to a business that uses MySmartSlots, you may receive automated SMS messages related to your appointment or inquiry. These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, missed call follow-up texts, and post-service review requests.
Consent: By providing your phone number to a MySmartSlots-powered business, you consent to receive automated text messages from that business via MySmartSlots' platform. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply START at any time to re-enable messages.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 3–5 messages per appointment or inquiry cycle. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent Records: Records of SMS consent are retained for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with TCPA best practices.
No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your phone number with any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to deliver the communications described above through our platform infrastructure (Twilio).
Our platform relies on the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
- Twilio — Used to send and receive SMS messages. Subject to Twilio's privacy policy.
- Render — Our backend infrastructure provider. Data transits through Render's servers.
- Google (Gmail API) — Used where email reply features are enabled.
By using our services, you acknowledge that data may be processed by these third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Booking and contact data is retained for a period of 12 months unless a shorter retention period is requested.
SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years in accordance with TCPA compliance requirements. Opt-out records (STOP requests) are retained indefinitely to ensure compliance and prevent future unwanted messages.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@mysmartslots.com. Note that opt-out records may be retained even after a deletion request to maintain compliance.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure API key management.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data to the best of our ability.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request deletion of your data
