I'm a field service technician by trade — I've spent four years traveling the country installing and repairing industrial automation equipment for major operations across the US. I built My Smart Slots because I got tired of watching the little guy get shut out of the tools that only large companies can afford.
My Smart Slots is a B2B SaaS platform that gives local service businesses the same automated communication tools that large companies use — without the enterprise price tag or the technical complexity.
When a customer calls and doesn't reach you, we text them back within seconds with a link to book online. When they book, we confirm it automatically. The day before their appointment, we remind them. After the job, we ask for a Google review. All of it runs on its own — you just do the work.
